All orders ship from Los Angeles. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. Pre-order items may take up to 14 days to be processed. We ship domestically via USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is processed, and we will provide you with a tracking number after your package has been shipped. 

We currently only ship within the US. International shipping coming soon.

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our goods and hygienic regulations, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of our underwear.
